**Purpose:** The purpose of this project is to mentor the next generation of dentists and nurses. Additionally, this initiative will facilitate the sharing of knowledge from treatments to personal development.

Goal: A&U Evolve - our own mentoring programme. Our goal to create synergies across the group and this will give us the platform to do so. We hope this will contribute to A&U's cultural capital (& human capital), a key business strategy.
